Terms of Service

KnockCoach is a mobile app that helps door-to-door service sellers improve their pitches through AI coaching. You record your knocks, and our AI generates feedback, scores, and personalized recommendations. We also provide a library of common objections with scripted responses and a practice mode.

We may update or add features to the service. We may also discontinue features with reasonable notice.

You must be 18 or older to use KnockCoach. One account per person. Don’t share your account or password. You’re responsible for what happens under your account.

If we detect account sharing, fraud, or misuse, we may suspend or terminate your access.

KnockCoach is offered on a subscription basis. Current pricing is $29 per month or $290 per year, though we may change pricing with 30 days notice.

New accounts receive a 7-day free trial. No credit card is required to start the trial. If you choose to continue after the trial, you’ll be charged at the plan you select.

Subscriptions auto-renew until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from the billing screen inside the app. If you cancel, you keep access until the end of your current billing period.

We do not offer refunds for partial months. If you experience a technical problem with the service, email hello@knockcoach.app and we’ll do our best to make it right.

You agree not to:

• Use KnockCoach for any illegal purpose
• Record people without their consent when required by law (see Privacy Policy — you’re responsible for complying with recording laws in your jurisdiction)
• Attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or resell the service
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the service
• Upload content that is not your own pitch (music, other people’s conversations, copyrighted material, etc.)
• Circumvent rate limits, subscription requirements, or other technical limitations

If you violate these rules, we may suspend or terminate your account without refund.

You own your recordings and any notes you add. By using KnockCoach, you grant us a license to process your recordings for the purpose of providing the service (transcription, analysis, storage, display back to you). We won’t use your recordings for any other purpose without your permission.

The coaching feedback, scores, and recommendations are generated by AI. They are guidance, not guarantees. Your sales results depend on many factors outside our control, including your effort, market, product, and pricing. We make no promises about specific outcomes.

You can delete your account at any time. We can terminate accounts that violate these terms with reasonable notice, or immediately for serious violations (fraud, illegal use, threats to other users).

Upon termination, we delete your data per our Privacy Policy (30-day retention window, then permanent deletion).

KnockCoach is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties beyond what is required by law. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or perfectly accurate at all times.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim related to KnockCoach is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Minnesota.

We may update these terms occasionally. If changes are significant, we’ll notify you by email or in-app notification. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the new terms.
